Menatelecom ties up with Seef Properties

Manama, June 25, 2014

Menatelecom, a fully-owned subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain, has been appointed provider of choice by Seef Properties.

Under the partnership, Menatelecom will use its 4G LTE network to provide free high-speed Internet access to shoppers at Seef Mall, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

"We were looking for a business partner who could provide us with state-of-the-art in-mall WiFi and have been delighted with the speed and quality of the system Menatelecom has provided," Seef Properties general manager Robert Addison said.

"This has been a real benefit to our customers and will also be installed in the new Seef Mall in Muharraq."

A spokesman for the telecoms firm said it was looking forward to being the one-stop-shop for all business solution needs of Seef Properties.

"Menatelecom has the largest portfolio of business solutions on the island and is the main information and communications technology (ICT) strategic partner for some of the largest corporations, ministries, financial institutions and family businesses.

"Today, we are one of the few companies that runs and owns its own fibre optic network across Bahrain, offering speeds of up to one GB, in addition to providing solutions to corporate clients ranging from data centre hosting, VPN solutions, dedicated high-speed connections and other services that are supported by a network operations centre," he added.-T
