Emerson Process Management, an automation leader, has upgraded its firmware for its smart wireless gateways, which will enable users to see and understand process information quickly.

The new version 4.5 software streamlines the wireless network interface, security setup, and field device configuration. It has a consistent look and feel and simplifies information presentation.

Visual feedback and information filtering are built into the software to support fast navigation. NAMUR symbols and organized table views provide-at-a-glance actionable information.
