New Adobe software integrated to CS Suite

Dubai, June 23, 2008

Adobe Systems Incorporated’s new Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro software has been enhanced and integrated to Adobe Creative Suite (CS) 3.3 – the company’s industry-standard design and development software – giving designers, web professionals and print service providers new ways to create and deliver captivating content.

With this recent enhancement from Acrobat 9 Pro to Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium and Standard editions, Adobe Creative Suite 3.3 Web Premium and Creative Suite 3.3 Master Collection editions, designers can combine PDF files, video, audio and other documents into easy-to-distribute PDF portfolios, said an official spokesman.

“Adobe continuously expands its leadership and innovation in PDF to serve designers, developers and content providers with superior technologies. We’ve combined power, reach and richness of the two most ubiquitous file formats – Adobe Flash and PDF – in Acrobat 9 Pro empowering customers with engaging experiences, create high-quality PDF files and collaborate more efficiently,” said regional manager for Adobe in MEA and MED Andrew Lindstrom.

Users of Adobe’s design software will experience customisable interactive navigation designed in Adobe Flash. Designers can also include Flash Player compatible video and application files with easy playback in their PDF files using Acrobat 9 Pro and Adobe Reader 9 software.

With the intelligent Overprint Preview feature, print professionals can accurately view interactions between overlapping objects because it automatically toggles on and off in Acrobat 9 Pro and Adobe Reader 9.

Additionally, the Compare Documents feature identifies differences including changes to text, text formatting, images, line weights and backgrounds between versions of documents.

Meanwhile, Adobe Fireworks CS3 – a special offering to rapidly prototype and generate Web sites – is also included in Adobe Creative Suite 3.3 Design Premium.

This provides designers with a flexible tool to prototype Web pages for interactive design projects. Among the special features of Fireworks CS3 includes a common library of pre-built assets, quick vector artwork and bitmap images editing and seamless integration with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash.
