Leading Bahrain law firms Hatim S Zu’bi & Partners and Qays H. Zu’bi said they have agreed to merge to form a new institution, with a new name Zu’bi & Partners Attorneys & Legal Consultants.

The new company, a continuation of a family practice founded nearly a century ago, will be under the chairmanship of Advocate Hatim Sharif Zu’bi and management by senior partner Advocate Qays Hatim Zu’bi with the backing of Hatim Qays Zu’bi (Partner) and senior members: Hamid Al Mahmood, Hugh Stokes and Mamoun Al Tayeb.

The company began operations under its new name starting from July 1.

The two Bahraini law firms said Zu’bi & Partners Attorneys & Legal Consultants aims to maintain its standing as a top-tier legal services provider in Bahrain, the GCC region and other countries in the Middle East in co-operation with a chain of leading international law firms and to continue looking after its clients' best interests.-TradeArabia News Service
