Mazda Oman unit slashes service charges

Muscat, March 2, 2010

Towell Auto Centre (TAC), a leading Mazda distributor in Oman, has slashed the service charges  for all Mazda models at its outlets in the Sultanate.

"Owning and maintaining a Mazda has become even more economical. Mazda customers throughout the Oman can now enjoy the same unmatched quality of service with Mazda’s new reduced service charges," said Annurag Chawla, head of Marketing and Communications, TAC.

"Under the new rates, the Mazda3 service charge will begin from RO14, Mazda6 (from RO15.700), Mazda6 Ultra and Mazda CX9 (from RO14), BT50 – Petrol (from RO14.300), BT50 – 3.0L Diesel from RO20.700, E2000 Van from RO14, Mazda323 from RO11, Mazda626 from RO11.100 and the B series - Petrol from RO14.300," he noted.

"Customer service at Mazda does not end once the car is sold to the customer. We are constantly bettering and upgrading our after sales services. The slash in our service rates too, is a means to ensure that our customers are better served even after the car is sold," he remarked.

The prime motive of the slash, however, is to encourage and ensure that our customers maintain their vehicles with our quality service centres only," Chawla added.-TradeArabia News Service
