Top chemical firms to participate at German events

BERLIN, October 12, 2017

Leading chemical companies will showcase their latest developments at the Compounding World Expo plus the Plastics Recycling World Exhibition, to be held next year in Germany.

The event will take place on June 27 and 28, in adjacent halls at Messe Essen.

The latest polymer and additive suppliers to book stands at the shows include Dow Corning, DuPont, Mitsui, MPI Chemie, Polyscope, Solvay and Vertellus, said a statement.

They join a growing list of exhibitors that includes many leading manufacturers of compounding machinery and equipment, suppliers and distributors of functional fillers and the full range of plastics additives, plus international compounders, it said.

Matt Wherlock, AMI’s exhibition sales manager, said:  “We are delighted with the response we have received for the first dedicated exhibition for the plastics compounding industry.”

“The floorplan is filling up fast – we are now over 65 per cent sold – and the global line-up of exhibitors represents the complete compounding supply chain, including suppliers of raw materials, processing equipment, software, and research services, as well as a range of compounders,” he added.

Admission to the expo and exhibition plus their associated conferences and seminars will be free of charge, it said.

The events are being organised by AMI and its magazines Compounding World and Plastics Recycling World, it stated. – TradeArabia News Service
