The C5650 and C5750 models are designed for businesses that print in mono, but which have an occasional need for colour printing, whereas the C5850 and C5950 models are for businesses with a wide range of colour and mono printing requirements.

The series is able to handle paper weight of up to 203 gsm and can print banners of up to 1.2 meters long, extending the possibilities of in-house printing and reducing the need for expensive outsourcing. All models in the series can be further enhanced to provide users with optional duplex and other accessories to manage and monitor colour printing more effectively.

“The new C5000 Series refreshes our range of A4 colour printers to offer busy workgroups with either a high demand for mono printing and an occasional need of colour printing, or a need for both mono and colour printing with a class-leading, flexible A4 solution. The high capacity toner means that running costs are low and user intervention is minimized,” said general manager, OKI Printing Solutions, Middle East, John Ross.

Specifically designed with the user’s needs in mind, all modes in the C5000 series offer unrivalled user security and control, with software such as Print Control which allows business to monitor and track colour page usage and PrintSupervision that allows the effective management of printers including consumables usage via remote monitoring of networked printers.

The printers can perform colour management functions automatically, such as Auto Colour Balance which ensures consistent results without any user intervention.

The C3450 has enhanced productivity with 2500 page toner available, resulting in lower user intervention for individuals or workgroups. The C3450n is equipped with microfine High Definition Toner and ProQ2400 Multi-level technology which enable the printer to provide a better level of detail, greater depth of colour and a high-gloss feel.

To ensure the C3450n meets all business colour printing needs, it is able to print anything from business cards and CD labels, to 1.2m banners with the aid of in-the-box utilities such as Template Manager.
