HP, the leading technology company, has launched its first portable colour scanner, which can create digital copies nearly anywhere, in the region.

The HP ScanJet Professional 1000 Mobile Scanner, ideal for mobile professionals, scans documents on the spot, wherever you are – in the office, in the field or on the go – with the HP compact portable scanner, a statement said.

It lets users scan and organise contracts, forms, receipts and even business cards with the laptop, acting as a real time-saving productivity tool.

Weighing 0.64 kilograms, and with an ultra-compact footprint, the portable scanner features HP instant-on scanning technology to save energy.

It can quickly scan two-sided documents in a variety of sizes and thicknesses, from embossed cards to long forms, and save them in different file formats.
