LetsTango.com launches new mobile site

UAE-based LetsTango.com, a leading online store, has launched its new mobile site, which aims to drive in a stronger online presence and increase accessibility to its customers.

The move is attributed to LetsTango.com’s increased traffic via mobile devices—with more than 40 per cent of the online retail site’s visitors accessing ‘LetsTango.com’ through their mobile phones, a statement said.

According to the company’s senior executives, LetsTango.com has refreshed its website to include more interactive features, particularly streamlining the buying process for customers making purchases via their mobile phones.

The new website can automatically detect if a user is visiting the site through a mobile device.

The mobile site also features an integrated calling and chat option—one click and a LetsTango.com customer service representative will be on hand to address any user concern or inquiry.

“The launch of this new mobile-based website demonstrates our recognition of the growth opportunity in this channel, which offers a faster and seamless way to browse our diverse portfolio of products, purchase an item and even address customer concerns,” said Parag Mehta, operations manager, LetsTango.com.
