Al Baraka Islamic partners with Extra

Manama, June 5, 2014

Al Baraka Islamic Bank has joined hands with electronics retailer Extra to launch a new promotional campaign for its Taqseet Card.

Under the campaign, shoppers at Extra will get two instalments waived if they choose to purchase their goods on instalments using the 'Taqseet Card,' reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

The bank is also offering a competitive profit rate. The campaign will continue until July 31.

"We are pleased to promote Taqseet Card with one of the largest stores in Bahrain, since it meets, in Islamic ways, the different needs of customers, and at the same time, offering large facilities in terms of flexibility of payment," remarked Al Baraka Islamic Bank board member and chief executive Mohamed Isa Al Mutaweh.

"The card is an innovative product and reflects the commitment of Al Baraka Islamic Bank to provide the best services and products to customers," he stated.
