Majid Al Futtaim honoured for customer service

DUBAI, UAE, December 22, 2015

Dubai-based shopping mall operator Majid Al Futtaim has been recognised by Ethos Integrated Systems for its work in measuring and improving customer service experiences.
 
The company won the Olympia Service Award (Customer Service) for “Best Use of Measurement for Improvement” at the annual awards ceremony hosted by Ethos. 
 
“The Olympia Service Awards recognise industry excellence, encouraging Majid Al Futtaim Properties and the entire retail industry to continue evolving our approach to delivering unique and impactful solutions to our customers’ needs,” said Fuad Mansoor Sharaf, senior director of property management, shopping malls.
