Four Seasons Riyadh renovated

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, a 249-room luxury development owned by leading investment firm Kingdom Holding Company, has been completely renovated.

The hotel, situated in the upscale and visually distinctive Kingdom Centre, offers spacious guest rooms in addition to 32 suites and 20 long-stay residential suites.

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is under the management of Four Seasons in which Kingdom Holding holds a 47.5 per cent stake and is co-owned by Bill Gates’ Cascade in which the firm also holds a 47.5 per cent stake. The other 5 per cent is owned by Isadore Sharp.

Prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, chairman of Kingdom Holding, said: “The development of our local investments is in line with Kingdom’s strategic plan.”

Alwaleed and Talal Almaiman, executive director for Development and Domestic Investments toured the hotel following the completion of its renovation along with Rami Sayess, general manager of FS Riyadh and the management.

With the renovation done, the hotel's elevated location now ensures that every room offers spectacular views over the Saudi capital.

It was ranked the best hotel in Riyadh in 2009 by Business Traveller Magazine during Arabian Travel Market Conference in Dubai. The Business Traveller’s awards were exclusively based on votes by the readers of the magazine.-TradeArabia News Service
