Wataniya Airways, Kuwait’s leading airline, has announced that guests who have bought tickets through its website can now make changes to their flight bookings online.

The new service covers all Wataniya Airways flights as well as those to other European destinations through the carrier's code-share agreement with Austrian Airlines.

“The website enhancements we have announced today will provide our guests with greater control over ticket bookings, increased flexibility and improved value,” said John Morgan, Wataniya Airways’ chief commercial officer.

The new system allows guests who have purchased tickets using the website, to change their booking arrangements. Guests who want to make additional changes, will need to visit the airline’s sales office or phone the airline’s call centre on 118.

In addition to online booking and online check-in, guests using the website can chat online with the carrier's guest service agents to get immediate answers about their reservations or other services.
