Bin Majid Group, a leading player in the regional hospitality sector, has announced plans to open its third property in the UAE, the five-star Mangrove Hotel, in Ras Al Khaimah.

The hotel is strategically located in Ras Al Khaimah, about a 10 minutes drive away from the emirate's airport. It is the latest addition to its portfolio and is part of the group’s expansion plan across the emirates.

Dr Ali Kasapbashi, chairman of Bin Majid Group, said: 'We are extremely pleased to announce our plans to open up a new 5-star hotel in Ras Al Khaimah which is the third in UAE.'

'After entering the UAE market in 1978, we opened our first hotel property in UAE, Bin Majid Beach Hotel, in 1987, and then Bin Majid Beach Resort in 1998 and now Mangrove Hotel, as we continue to expand in this potential market,' he remarked.

'We also intend to continue to invest in and develop other potential hospitality and tourism activities in the next few years since our study on the region predicts that Middle East will be frequented by an ever-increasing number of tourists in the coming days and tourism industry will remain robust,' the company chairman said.

'By opening all these new properties, the group wishes to establish itself as a major player in this region,'  Kasapbashi noted.

'The property is generously proportioned and it features all the modern amenities,' Kasapbashi added.

The Bin Majid hotel will have 30 standard rooms; 90 one-bedroom suites; 60 executive rooms; and 6 presidential suites. The property also has a wellness center, swimming pool, a bar, a business center and several meeting rooms.

The all-day dining restaurant and the Chinese restaurant will give guests innumerable gastronomic choices and the Coffee Shop will offer them a relaxing aromatic Shisha experience, the official said.-TradeArabia News Service
