Bahrain national carrier Gulf Air has announced the official opening of its modern-sophisticated look sales office in Seef Mall.

The opening ceremony was under the patronage of Gulf Air chairman Talal Alzain.

"With passengers being more focused on customer service, sales offices must become an instrument for fast and efficient assistance," Alzain said.

"Gulf Air's new sales office combines Arabian hospitality with business efficiency, focusing on the needs of the customer," he added.

"One of the key components of Gulf Air's new business strategy is to focus on improving our products and services we offer our customers," Gulf Air chief executive Samer Majali said.

"The conveniently located sales office is an example," he said.

"As we keep improving ourselves in our customer service on the ground, we will continue to add more features and facilities in the air as well, so that our premium customers enjoy a consistently enhanced experience throughout their journey," he added.

The open-plan design of the 450 sq m office provides a sense of openness and fluidity with a sizeable waiting lounge area.

The spacious sales office combines the modern-sophisticated look, while maintaining Arabic architectural influences creating an atmosphere of familiar hospitality with business functionality.

The new sales office features a state-of-the-art city check-in area where customers can check-in and receive boarding passes ahead of their scheduled flight.

In addition to the city check-in section, the sales shop offers a spacious waiting lounge and a number of help desks to serve walk-in customers.

Open daily from 8am to 8pm, six days a week, the Gulf Air sales office is conveniently located on the ground floor of Seef Mall in the west wing near Marina Gulf. Its accessible location is complimented by ample parking for mall visitors.-TradeArabia News Service
