India's Jet Airways has started flights from Bangalore's Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) to Abu Dhabi International Airport.

The new route is Jet Airways' first international flight from the state capital to the Gulf, said a Times of India report.

Flight 9W504 departed from KIA at 8.30pm and arrived at Abu Dhabi International Airport at 11.30pm local time. On the return leg, flight 9W 503 will depart Abu Dhabi at 10.30am local time and arrive in Bangalore at 4.20pm.
