Kempinski Dubai rolls out smart hospitality service

DUBAI, December 3, 2014

Kempinski Mall of the Emirates, a luxury hotel in the Emirates Mall in Dubai, UAE, has launched a smart guest experience in the region, with the roll-out of the hotel’s services on any mobile device, powered by an Avaya Fabric Connect network.

The launch brings the luxury of Kempinski’s five-star guest services to more than 1 million mobile devices checked in by the hotel guests every year on an interactive platform.

The hotel enables its guests to access high-definition television, premium wireless internet, and other interactive room-services, using their mobile devices.

Prasanna Rupasinghe, director of information technology, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, said: “Dubai being one of the top destinations for luxury tourism in the world, we have a mission to continue re-inventing ourselves and our services to exceed the expectations of our guests and deliver the five-star luxury and convenience they desire.”
