Tour guides skills plan on the way in Bahrain

Bahrain’s tour guides will soon require licences to operate under a new scheme to protect tourists. The first group of 30 officially trained tour guides are due to graduate next month from a course provided by the Industry, Commerce and Tourism Ministry, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
