Bahrain is taking steps to develop the tourism sector by new classification of hotels to ensure quality service to customers and constructing a new exhibition centre in Sakhir to hold major conferences. This was highlighted by Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister Zayed Al Zayani during a luncheon organised by the Bahrain India Society at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence and Spa, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
