NEW DELHI, March 22, 2016

Jet Airways, the second-biggest carrier by market share in India, will launch daily non-stop flights between India and Amsterdam next week, thus, shifting its base in Europe from Brussels to Amsterdam, said a report.

From March 27, Jet Airways will operate two daily non-stop flights from its international hubs in Mumbai and Delhi, to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, The Economic Times reported.

"Jet Airways will also operate a daily flight to Toronto from Amsterdam. Schedules of all three flights have been planned to allow quick, convenient and seamless connections between India and Toronto via Amsterdam," said a release from the carrier.

The airline has also entered into a codeshare partnership with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Delta Air Lines to provide convenient connections for guests to and from destinations across Europe and North America via Amsterdam, the report said.
