Grand Hyatt Dubai has appointed Liz Nuñez as the new head chef of its steakhouse, Manhattan Grill.

An Argentinan national, Nuñez was previously senior sous chef at Grand Hyatt Doha. Prior to thatshe was chef de partie at the same property.

Bringing her culinary expertise to the steakhouse, Nuñez has renewed the menu while still keeping the signature steaks as the focal point. - TradeArabia News Service
