Seven employees from Bahrain's hospitality sector received the prestigious ‘Les Clefs d’Or’ - ‘Golden Key’ after passing the interview that was held by the Bahrain Hotels Concierge Group (BHCG).

Ali Radhi, concierge supervisor of Four Seasons Bahrain Bay Hotel, and Ali Al Nuaimi, chief concierge of Gulf Hotel, were among the awardees.

The ceremony, held at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, was initiated by the BHCG founding president and chief concierge of Four Seasons Bahrain Bay Hotel, and was attended by the third vice president of Les Clef d'Or, Randy Santos; Zone director Arabian and Western Asia of Les Clefs d’Or and president Les Clefs d’Or UAE, Abbey Sam; and members of the Executive Committee of Les Clefs d’Or UAE. Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa, chief executive officer of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) also attended the pinning ceremony.

“I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and wish all those awarded with the Les Clef d'Or continued success. The Les Clef d’Or pins recognises the efforts of the concierge service employees who work to enhance the service provided and meet the needs of guests day in and day out, elevating the tourism experience as a result,” said Shaikh Khaled.
