Slovakia’s Hydrotour renews charter deal with Salalah Rotana Resort

Salalah Rotana Resort is set to welcome thousands of tourists to its waterfront resort following the renewal of its partnership with Slovakian tour operator, Hydrotour.

The renewed partnership will see guests arrive via charter flight from Bratislava to Salalah, weekly for the next six months.

The renewed partnership is a build-up of the resort’s effort to market destination Oman to the European market and aligns with the government tourism marketing effort. Oman has seen growth in terms of tourist’s arrivals to the country over the years, putting its name on the European tourism map, with guests arriving from Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. As travellers seek new adventures, Oman is an appealing destination with its political stability, near perfect climate all year round, rich cultural heritage and natural scenery.

Commenting on the renewed partnership, Salalah Rotana Resort general manager, Hossam Kamal said: “I am delighted to continue this partnership with Hydrotour until 2020. We successfully welcomed thousands of guests since the initial signing in 2015 and introduced Oman to Slovakia. I am certain our partnership with continue to enhance the Sultanate’s awareness in the market and further drive guests from the region."
