Adnoc Distribution has announced new strategic partnerships with Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) and Borouge, collectively valued at over AED 60 million ($16 million), aimed at strengthening industrial performance and reinforcing the UAE’s manufacturing ecosystem.
DTEK.ai, a UAE provider of AI and machine learning solutions for enterprises, and Adnoc Distribution have signed a strategic agreement to deploy SWIFT, an AI-powered self-checkout solution, across Oasis by Adnoc convenience stores in the UAE.
Adnoc Distribution has announced that it has sealed a strategic partnership with Americana Restaurants to expand dining and convenience offerings at its service stations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Under this deal, it will set up 200 Americana quick service restaurants across its network.

ADNOC Distribution, First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), and Mastercard launched the ADNOC Rewards Credit Card in the UAE, offering cardholders 15% back in ADNOC Rewards points on fuel, car care, and convenience store purchases, providing premium benefits across the country’s largest fuel and convenience network.
Adnoc Distribution Chief Executive Officer Bader Al Lamki said the company earmarks between $250 million and $300 million annually to support organic growth across the three countries where it operates — the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
