Dubai-based Atara Development has recorded AED110 million ($30 million) in villa sales during the first half through the successful sale of its Kaia and Haia residences on Pearl Jumeirah, thus reflecting growing demand from ultra-high-net-worth buyers for architecturally-curated waterfront homes.
Atara Development has launched The Residences at Sheraton Al Marjan Island Resort, the GCC's first Sheraton-branded homes at Ras Al Khaimah. Set for completion in 2028, the 159-unit project introduces an elevated waterfront lifestyle with a combination of leisure, holistic wellness and curated social experiences.
Atara Development has officially broken ground on The Residences at Sheraton Al Marjan Island Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, marking a major milestone for the GCC’s first Sheraton Residences. On completion, it will feature 159 premium beachfront units offering access to over 50 world-class amenities.
