Cosmo Developments, a joint venture between Abu Dhabi-based Flag Holding and Reportage Group, has announced the launch of The Wadi, a AED6 billion ($1.6 billion) mixed-use residential development located on Yas Island. It boasts a total of 3,950 residential units with a mix of studio units to three-bedroom apartments.
