Qatar's Estithmar Holding has announced that it has completed the transfer of a 48.68% stake in Syria's Shahba Bank to its wholly owned subsidiary Masaref Holding. The stake was transferred from Banque Bemo Saudi Fransi and Ahli Trust Bank after regulatory approvals.
Qatar-based Estithmar Holding said one of its key units has secured a SAR829 million ($221 million) mechanical package for the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium in Qiddiya City, a flagship Saudi giga-project and a designated venue for FIFA World Cup 2034. The scope of work includes building management system and HVAC services.
Estithmar Holding, a leading Qatari public listed company with a diverse portfolio of over 100 companies, has reported a 54% increase in revenue to QAR6.4 billion ($1.75 billion) in 2025, compared with QAR4.2 billion in 2024.
Estithmar Holding has announced the establishment of its fifth group, Estithmar Capital, in a strategic step aimed at strengthening the company’s expansion and diversifying the sectors in which it operates.
