Majid Al Futtaim, a leading developer in the Middle East, has awarded an AED2 billion ($544.56 million) contract to Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) as the main contractor for Capria East and Capria West, including Maravelle Residences, at Ghaf Woods, Dubai’s first forest living community.
Majid Al Futtaim has unveiled its ultra-premium wellness-led destination - Maravelle at Ghaf Woods - set within Dubai’s first forest community. Spanning 25,000 sq m, it will boast 96 residences within four boutique buildings in the inner circle of Ghaf Woods forest.
