Burtville Developments has announced the launch of its premium branded residential development - Bab Al Qasr Garden Residences 65 - in Masdar City. Spanning over 310,000 sq ft, the Abu Dhabi project will boast a mix of one- to five-bedroom apartments, including duplexes and sky villas.
Leading Abu Dhabi entities - Aldar and Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala) - have completed the acquisition of The Link at Masdar City for AED654 million ($178 million). A premium landmark, The Link comprises 32,000 sq m of net leasable area across five buildings.
