International developer VA Group has announced that it has secured long-term land rights in Oman’s historic Muttrah waterfront, to develop an 18.5-hectare mixed-use project, featuring a mix of residences, leisure and retail facilities within the Port Sultan Qaboos Waterfront Masterplan.
