UAE boutique developer Uniestate is expanding into Abu Dhabi with the acquisition of a 3,000-sq-m plot on Al Reem Island, as it seeks to grow its residential and commercial development pipeline across the country. The company said it has delivered over 3,300 units across 4.5 million sq ft of developed space.
