UAE-based defence company EDGE has announced that it has entered into a deal to acquire a 100% stake in Brazilian aerospace and engineering company Akaer, in a move that would give the Abu Dhabi group an established engineering base in Brazil and a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team.
Abu Dhabi-based advanced technology and defence group, EDGE, today launched EDGE Europe, a fully European commercial enterprise, headquartered in Paris.
