Forex.com launches trading platform in Arabic

Dubai, May 2, 2012

Forex.com, the retail division of GAIN Capital Holdings, a global provider of online trading services, has launched its ForexTrader Pro, its active trader platform, in Arabic.

Glenn Stevens, chief executive officer of GAIN Capital, said: “We have seen impressive growth of retail FX and CFD trading in the region since the launch of our Arabic service in 2010, and we expect this growth to continue through 2012 and beyond.”

“The launch of ForexTrader Pro and a new website in Arabic reaffirms our commitment to delivering an unrivalled service for both Arabic and English speakers in the Middle East.”

With ForexTrader Pro, clients in the region will be able to trade in more than 70 markets, across forex, global indices and commodities including gold, silver, oil, natural gas and major agricultural commodities, all through an Arabic interface.

Educational videos, guides, and articles are also available in Arabic for novice to advanced traders. In addition, a dedicated Arabic speaking support team is available during market hours through phone, chat and email.

Additional features of the platform include Web and download versions based on trader preference, a full range of single and advanced order types, including market, stop, limit, and contingent orders, enhanced charting with over 70 technical indicators and drawing tools, and expanded trading functionality that allows clients to trade directly from the chart and a streamlined order ticket designed to simplify and accelerate order entry.

Forex.com also offers the MetaTrader platform in Arabic, for traders who want to run automated strategies while enjoying the stability, transparent pricing and support of a market leader.

The enhanced offering is regulated under the UK’s Financial Services Authority, which has the additional benefit of providing clients segregated funds protection.

To support the launch, Forex.com will be exhibiting at the Saudi Money Expo, in Jeddah on May 2 and 3, as well as at other regional conferences throughout the year, showcasing its new service. – TradeArabia News Service
