Azizi set to make UK debut with new London office

DUBAI, March 11, 2020

UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced plans to set up its new sales office in London, UK, to cater to the increasing demand for its premium properties in Dubai.

The new office will be spearheaded by Azizi's recently appointed sales executive director Nima Khojasteh.

An industry veteran, Khojasteh has extensive experience in implementing international sales strategies.

He will now be working alongside Azizi’s Executive Director of Operations Afzaal Hussein, who is leading the Emirati group’s global expansion plans, ensuring that all international sales presences are aligned with the developer’s strategy and meet its operational excellence standards.

Commenting on the UK debut, CEO Farhad Azizi said: "Establishing ourselves in markets that represent a high demand, and where investors are increasingly looking to enrich their portfolios with high-ROI properties in safe, growth-inclined, and exquisite foreign metropolitan cities such as Dubai, is an important step for us."

"We look forward to introducing UK investors to our outstanding offers on exceptional, premium homes across Dubai’s most sought-after locations and are excited to present lucrative, convenient real estate solutions that are tailor-made to meet their needs and wants. We are proud to showcase this fascinating city to the world," he stated.

The Dubai developer is currently finalising a suitable office location in London’s city centre, hiring a team of 11 sales and customer care professionals, and taking concrete steps to increase brand awareness.

In his new role, Khojasteh said he will build on Azizi’s channel partner network across the UK, forming and strengthening close and mutually beneficial relationships with agencies that understand the market and know how to leverage Azizi’s investor-friendly offerings.

"Projects that have proven to be especially popular among UK investors are Azizi’s Riviera in MBR City, its developments in Al Furjan and Mina on the iconic Palm Jumeirah," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
