DPG's asset arm to have five subsidiaries
Dubai

Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding said its newly launched company Dubai Asset Management will have five subsidiaries, providing integrated services and solutions to clients in the region.

The five subsidiaries – Dubai Security Group, Dubai Community Ventures, Baabel Life, Enmaa Consultancy and IDAMA Facility Services – will operate as independent business units while offering a comprehensive suite of services in their respective areas of specialty.

The complementary nature of Dubai Asset Management's functions has allowed for a seamless incorporation of all its subsidiaries under one umbrella.

Accordingly, the company adds unique value by providing integrated strategic and operational asset management, and community services, focusing on sustainability to master developers, investors, and owners and occupiers alike.

Mohamed Binbrek, Group CEO of Dubai Properties Group, said: "Dubai Asset Management is a strategic organisation that has been established to manage the fundamental operations of Dubai Properties Group developments and other leading communities around the emirate.

"The company brings extensive experience to the market and will be a solid asset to community partners with its full line of management services and client focused solutions."

Dubai Community Ventures offers specialised community services including education, healthcare and community retail.

Committed to implementing best practices and upholding its leadership position in the sector, IDAMA Facility Services offers end-to-end, customised facilities management solutions to the UAE construction and property market.

Currently, IDAMA manages over 200 clients, including the internationally acclaimed DIFC, Tecom Investments, Dubai Healthcare City, and Jumeirah Beach Residence.

Billy Daly, CEO of Dubai Asset Management, said: "Dubai Asset Management is a client-centric company that focuses on the well-being of our communities, developing strong relationships with our associates, and delivering sustainable solutions to master developers, investors and property owners.

"With a full range of integrated, strategic and operational asset management and community solutions, we seek to optimize management processes while working to bring down the operating costs for our clients."

Dubai Security Group is a specialised security services company that operates in cooperation with Dubai Police and the government authorities.

The group extends its expertise to other real estate projects and provides comprehensive security services including risk assessment, security strategies and physical security services. With community safety in mind, Dubai Security Group will oversee day to day client operations and ensure communities are well protected.

Enmaa Consultancy and Baabel Life complement the full line of asset management services of the group company.

Enmaa Consultancy advises clients on intelligent strategies focused on creating, sustaining and enhancing the value of projects, especially with regards to facilities management and environment-friendly solutions (LEED) throughout the real estate development value chain.

Baabel Life, on the other hand, will focus on providing high quality health and well-being services to the communities including gymnasium, spa, salon, personal training, and recreational facilities.

Daly added: "Every large mixed used community requires a capable partner to ensure all operations run at optimum capacity and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Dubai Asset Management has a strong financial foundation and industry experience that allows us to develop and incubate strategic long-term partnerships with developers to create customised solutions.

"Our diverse team of experienced and well-informed professionals will ensure we emerge as a partner of choice for all community members through offering solutions that guarantee long term sustenance and continuity of properties."

Dubai Asset Management's current client portfolio includes over 200 blue chip companies operating in Dubai. With more than 1,100 trained professionals, it has proved to be an employer and partner of choice in the asset and facilities management sectors. - TradeArabia News Service
