Huawei revamps ME service unit
Dubai

Huawei Technologies Company, a leading provider of next generation telecom network solutions, said it has completed the restructuring of its delivery and service arm in the Middle East, tuning the business group to meet market demand.

The move is in line with Huawei’s strategy to evolve into a solution provider maximising the use of its professional services group, said a senior official.

“Giving high priority to service excellence, Huawei managed to properly position itself as a leading telecom services provider that is capable of providing wide service solutions with QoS delivery,” said Wang Huanan, vice president (Delivery and Services), Middle East.

“Huawei is committed to helping customers to achieve their strategic objectives and become more market-focused and customer-oriented through service innovation, as our slogan goes, we are ‘Your trusted service partner’,” he added.

Focusing on the Middle East as a key growth region, human resources of delivery and service regional division exceeds 2100 high caliber service engineers, of which 79 per cent are local staff, along with a partner network of more than 5000 service engineers.

Moving towards the solution space positions Huawei as the number one service strategic partner for key regional players.

This transformation is being reflected in the end-to-end solution that Huawei presents to the Middle East market, ranging from initial consultation and network construction to network maintenance and operations management, he said.

These services are provided through a wide service portfolio comprising Network Rollout Service, Customer Support Service, Managed Service, Network Technology Service, Network Integration Service and Learning Service.

Huawei provides its advanced service solutions to 10 of the biggest networks in the Middle East; including Etisalat, STC, MTN, Zain, Warid, Orange, in addition to more than 30 operators region wide, Huanan pointed out.

Huawei continues to support its customers to shorten the 'Time To Market' by fast rollout delivery and developing the latest service solutions, thus helping customers to reduce OPEX and better leverage the Capex utilisation, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
