Hydra's Mexico project on track
Dubai

Hydra Properties, a leading UAE-based international property developer, on Saturday announced the completion of 40 per cent of pillar work for Hydra Waves, the acme of luxurious living, located at the sunny beach city of Mazatlan in Mexico.

Commenting on the swift progress of the Hydra Waves project, Dr. Sulaiman Al Fahim, the chief executive officer, Hydra Properties, said: 'Keeping promises is a way of life for us at Hydra Properties. We remain committed to quality as well as the timeline.'

'I’m aware that real estate world is keenly watching the astounding progress of our premier project in Mazatlan. Hydra Properties has not only met the project’s various goals so far, but in the process set new benchmarks for excellence,' he remarked.

Now with pillar work gaining momentum with 40 per cent of the target achieved, and excavation already completed ahead of the schedule, the grand venture will rise to the heights of luxury soon. The project is expected to be completed by January 2011.

The Hydra Waves comprises a number of towers, including the 37-storey Hydra Waves Beach Front Tower which will face the main seafront in the heart of the Golden Zone between Islas del Sol Resort and El Cid.  It will soon emerge as the tallest condominium tower in Mazatlan.

Spread on a 4614 sq m area, the Hydra Beach Front Waves Tower will have 172 fulltime condominium units. The Hydra Waves Beach Front Tower will be the first structure of its kind to boast a 500 square metre rooftop restaurant.

The second phase of the project has a 26-storey, five star hotel towers with 500 rooms and a group of three 18-storey time share buildings on the seafront.

The hotel is designed to herald tourists into hitherto unseen or unheard zone of luxury while the one thousand apartments coming up in the vicinity will provide accommodation to those seeking their own residential space with a sea view.

The second phase also includes a 1,000-seat Conference Centre, Shopping Centre and a Ballroom Hall.

Reaffirming Hydra Properties’ philosophy that has taken the UAE-based company to the far shores of Mexico and launch its headquarters in Mazatlan, Dr. Al Fahim, said: 'Hydra’s philosophy goes beyond brick and mortar.'

'Hydra Properties has blazed a new trail by raising landmark projects across the continents, stretching from Hydra Waves in Mexico to Al Aqeeq Marina in Kuwait,' he added.

Hydra Properties’ major ventures in the UAE include Hydra Village Abu Dhabi, Hydra Avenue Towers, Hydra 55, Marina Spirit, Abu Dhabi Golf Walk, Hydra Corporate Towers, Hydra Heights, Hydra Downtown Towers Dubai, Hydra Towers Business Bay Dubai and Hydra Twin Towers in Jumeirah Village,' he added. -TradeArabia News Service
