Dubai, July 29, 2013

Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME), an energy futures and commodities exchange in the Middle East, has appointed James Lear as head of Customer Relations.

Lear joined DME’s Dubai office recently, with 20 years of industry experience and has assumed overall responsibility for all the exchange’s customer relations activities.

DME's chief of Products and Services Owain Johnson, said: "Great client relationships are the lifeblood of an exchange. James is already a well-known face in both the local and international trading communities.”

“I’m sure that the knowledge and contacts he brings to DME will help ensure we deliver the very high-standards our members expect of us, as well as helping us to continue to build our membership and product base, in line with market demand,” Johnson added. - TradeArabia News Service
