The service also provides customers with the facility to do account transfers, pay credit card bills, top up NBB Taabeya cards, pay utility bills, telephone bills, top up of prepaid mobile as well as features such as creating beneficiaries, remitting funds within the kingdom or anywhere in the world.

"Our aim is to bring banking to our customers in a convenient and secure manner so they don't have to go anywhere else," executive assistant general manager for customer services and IT Abdulla Abdulrahman Hussain said.

"We have designed our mobile banking to be highly secured and at the same time particularly easy to use. Whilst the service caters for common requirements, there are also advanced features not available on mobile banking in the market," stated Abdulrahman Hussain.

"We hope that our customers will enjoy our service. We will also continue to enhance our service to meet continually evolving needs.
