Kuwait Company for Process Plant Construction and Contracting (KCPC) has signed a contract with Equate Petrochemical Company for the construction of the latter's headquarters building.

Under the agreement, KCPC will be the main contractor that is responsible for implementing the building at Al Ahmadi city, Kuwait, said a report in Alanba website.

The total value of the contract is KD11.499 million ($39 million) and it will be implemented in 610 days, said a bourse filing.

The building will have a total area of 20,000 sq m on a land area of 16,500 sq m.
