The Sharjah Road and Transport Authority has opened a road network at Al Saja Industrial Area in Sharjah, UAE, as part of the emirate's plans to build a modern, integrated network of roads and provide a fully-serviced investment infrastructure.

The authority has invested Dh66 million ($17.96 million) on this project, said a Wam news agency report.

Sulieman Al Hajeri, director of roads at the authority, said that roads stretching 14 km were paved and four roundabouts were constructed at intersection points.
