Select unveils new residential tower in Dubai

ABU DHABI, October 3, 2016

Select Group has announced the launch of its 14th project, Studio One, a 31-storey residential development to be built at an estimated cost of over Dh450 million ($122 million) at Dubai Marina.

Located in close proximity to the Bluewaters Island and next door to the Wyndham hotel, and the New Rove hotel, Studio One brings a multitude of shops, restaurants and entertainment options right to residents’ doorsteps.

The project features well planned studios and one-bedroom apartments and a limited number of two-bedroom apartments.

The deconstructed themed, urban and extra-ordinarily efficient floor layout of Studio One is inspired by the growing segment of customers that demand high-quality residences in premier communities at attractive rates, said the developer.

Designed for the millennials and the savvy investors, Studio One apartments range from 360 sq ft to 1,100 sq ft and feature full length windows that frame the surrounding cityscape, and stunning sea and marina views.

Prices of studios start from Dh574,000 ($156,230) onwards, one-bedroom from Dh899,000 ($244,688) and two-bedroom apartments from Dh1.34 million ($364,719), according to Select Group.

In addition to the appealing prices, the group also offers an enticing payment plan with 70 per cent payment upon handover, it stated.

Furthermore, residents will enjoy ease of access to Sheikh Zayed Road and a host of public transportation options.

Studio One amenities will include a temperature controlled swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, steam room and sauna for men and women, conveniently located ground floor retail outlets and dedicated resident parking.
