Reportage's Abu Dhabi projects on track for 2021 handover

Reportage Properties, a leading real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi, has announced that work was progressing as per schedule on all its eight UAE projects - six in Abu Dhabi, located in areas such as Masdar City, Al Raha Beach and Al Maryah Island, and two in Dubai.
 
On the Al Raha Beach projects, Reportage said the construction work was in full swing with 65% completion achieved in the 164-unit Al Raha Loft 1 project and 72% at the 110-unit Al Raha Loft 2.
Both these projects are expected to be delivered during the first half of 2021.
 
Steady progress was also being made on the company's projects in Masdar City, where 50% of the Oasis Residence 1 project, which provides 612 apartments, had been completed. The units are expected to be delivered during the second quarter of 2021.
 
The company is also embarking on the construction of the "Oasis Residence 2" project in Masdar City, which provides about 304 housing units, as well as the "Gate" project, which will provide about 420 apartments. 
 
The work is being implemented in line with government directives with full commitment to apply the highest health and safety standards for all workers on the projects sites in protection against Covid-19 pancdemic said a top official. 
 
"Despite the Covid-19 challenges, Reportage is keen on the progress of construction works in all its projects according to the specified schedule, while adhering to all necessary precautions and security and safety requirements, applying all guidelines, in line with specific government directives and procedures," remarked its CEO Nasser Al Khamis.
 
Al Khamis pointed out that the Emirati developer was co-ordinating with the contractors to ensure that the housing units were delivered on the announced dates, while adhering to the best quality standards in all of their projects.
 
Reportage projects provide about 3,150 housing units, of which approximately 2,425 are in Abu Dhabi, and 719 are in Dubai.
 
Khamis said construction had recently begun on the "Al Maryah Vista" project at Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, which provides 772 housing units. It is scheduled for completion in mid-2023.
 
On its Dubai projects, Reportage said steady progress was being made on its Rukan Lofts project located in the Dubailand region in cooperation with Continental Investment. 
 
Phase One of the project, which provides about 349 villas, is expected to be delivered by the second quarter of 2022.
 
The other project, Alexis Tower, which was launched in Downtown Jebel Ali, Dubai, will provide 370 luxury housing units on completion. Around 15% of the work has been completed on the Dubai tower and is on track for delivery by the last quarter of 2022.-TradeArabia News Service
