Azizi awards E&M services contract for Riviera project

DUBAI, June 15, 2021

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, said it has signed a multi-million deal with Solitude Trading, a leading electrical and mechanical (E&M) services company, to supply refuse chute systems for 15 buildings within its Riviera waterfront project in Dubai.

The contract was awarded in line with Azizi’s commitment to collaborate with the best service providers in construction to offer the best-in-class to its customers, said a top official.

A high degree of quality control is exercised at Solitude, from the selection of individual components to the assembly of the completed system.

With the support of an experienced team of engineers and a skilled workforce involved in the installation of products, such as its refuse chute systems, the company guarantees a fully comprehensive service via trained mechanics and technicians in UAE.

"With our stringent, meticulous supplier selection and procurement process, Solitude, with its outstanding safety and quality track record, has emerged as the absolute best fit," remarked Chief Development Officer Mohamed Ragheb Hussein.

"Their refuse and linen chute systems will simplify the lives of our residents, with the most convenient disposal methods across our buildings allowing them to dispose waste with ease, and with recycling considerations being applied," he stated.

Riviera is Azizi’s renowned waterfront lifestyle community project located in the heart of MBR City, which, upon its completion, will comprise more than 16,000 residences spread across 71 mid-rise buildings and overlooking an extensive retail boulevard, a canal walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins - a lush-green social space.

With its strategic location near the upcoming Meydan One Mall and the Meydan Racecourse - home of the Dubai World Cup - as well as Dubai’s major business, leisure and retail hubs, Riviera is one of Azizi Developments’ most sought-after projects, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
