Work to begin soon on 366-unit Sharjah residential compound

HH Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has approved the Al Gitanah Residential Compound 1 project being developed at an investment of AED369 million ($100 million), in the emirate's Muhathab suburb.
The residential complex, which will feature a total of 366 homes, is a first of a series of similar projects to be implemented in Al Gitanah 3 and 5 next year, reported Wam.
All of these projects will be available for loans and grants, it added.
In another developemnt, Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, approved the second batch of 1,500 beneficiaries granting them 1,100 residential plots and 400 vacant lands for 2022.
The go-ahead was given at the Sharjah Executive Council meeting held under the chairmanship of Sheikh Sultan.
