Bahrain's Al Salam hospital picks Silah for contact centre services

Al Salam Specialist Hospital, one of the premium healthcare facilities in Bahrain, has signed a partnership deal with Silah Gulf towards provision of contact centre services. 
 
As per the deal, Al Salam Specialist Hospital will gain access to the most advanced Contact Center technology and BPO solutions provided by Silah, to ensure the highest quality of services to ASSH’s valued customers through an efficient, accurate and prompt response.
 
Al Salam Specialist Hospital CEO Dr Ramez Elawady said: “Silah is providing a dedicated team of well-trained, multi-lingual customer service experts to deliver service excellence to our customers."
