Emirates Aluminium (Emal), a major aluminium smelter complex, recently held a ceremony to honour the outstanding performance of the staff of one its smelters.

The first Falah Annual Corporate Awards ceremony officially celebrated the exceptional achievements made by the Al Taweelah smelter’s top performing staff.

Saeed Fadhel Al Mazrooei, Emal’s president and CEO, said: “The awards help to create a collaborative and inclusive workforce, where employees are encouraged to contribute and suggest ideas, promote a safe working environment and work in line with Emal’s core values.”
