Top kitchens for Escape project
Ajman

Germany’s Nolte Kitchens will provide designer kitchens and cabinets to the villas, Saddle Homes, and apartments within the Escape project in Ajman.

This deal follows a similar agreement with Abu Dhabi-based Zoralco International to supply the residences with a selection of Spanish terra cotta floor tiling and top quality fittings, said a statement.

“We feel it is important for our home buyers to actually see what they are buying,” said Anwer Sher, general manger of Escape. “We are committed to our promise to deliver quality homes that are aesthetically pleasing and in keeping with the Mediterranean and Arabic architectural inspiration that runs through the project.”

“Too often projects of this nature change design aspects while in the construction phase, and this can leave home buyers feeling disappointed or short changed. In the case of Escape, our buyers will see the actual kitchens, fittings and cabinets that will be in their homes, and sample boards and images are located within our sales office for easy viewing,” he added.

Nolte Kitchens was established almost 50 years ago, and is Germany’s third largest kitchen manufacturer. With over 28 different kitchen ranges, the company designs are functional, and in the forefront of style and design.
Buyers of the villas at Escape will have the choice of two different kitchen options, and the Saddle Homes will all feature a design that fits specially for these two bedroom duplexes.

Zoralco International is a leading supplier of flooring for both residential and commercial applications. The company offers a complete selection of wooden flooring, stone and marble designs, ceramic tiles, mosaic and artistic glass designs. Beautiful terra cotta flooring that adds warmth and luxury were chosen for the villas at Escape.

“From its inception, Escape has been a development that focuses on exceptional design and architecture. After reviewing many material suppliers, we are confident in our choice for these important fine design details,” said Sher.

The prestigious 200-acre community was launched early in 2008, and will offer over 500 villas, duplexes, low rise apartments, an equestrian-themed hotel, and the HoofbeatZ Clubhouse in addition to a full complement of equestrian and sports facilities.

The development will feature lush landscaping and an optimum of open space that promotes an outdoor and sporty lifestyle which appeals to families.
Conceptualized and developed by Equine Management Services, one of the world’s leading equine solutions company, Escape is set for completion in December 2010.

Villas are currently selling, and apartments are being released in phases over the next several months, said the statement. – TradeArabia News Service
