Bafco, a premier architectural office interiors and office furniture supplier in the region, is launching its new range of Vento office chairs this summer to provide 'cool comfort' for office staff in the UAE amid soaring temperatures.

The Korean-designed Vento chair, from the award-winning IOS Corporation, incorporates the latest technology designed to enable the user to stay cool even in the most extreme temperatures.

“The Vento chair is proving to be a hit with many of our clients seeking a cost-effective, yet comfortable solution to their employees needs. It’s the perfect chair for people sitting for long periods in often warm and humid environments,” said  Ahmed Syeeduddin, sales and design manager at Bafco.

'Its special body contouring and forming technology panels create a continuous flow of air around the user, ventilating the back and seat cushions,' he explained.

The fully adjustable chair is proving to be a success in hot and humid regions and in office environments where users, such as banks and call centres, spend much of their working day deskbound, he noted.

The Vento chair’s molded polyurethane ridges mirror the contours of the human spine and feature a backrest support, an anti-shock system and five locking positions. Companies can also request their own logo be embossed into the upper headrest, he added.

The Vento chair is endorsed by the Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association (Bifca), the US regulatory body in charge of setting standards in office ergonomics.-TradeArabia News Service
