Injazat Data Systems, a joint venture between Mubadala Development Company and HP, has joined hands with UAE-based AlRowad IT Solutions to deliver a wide-range of customized IT solutions.

The partnership will offer an expanded portfolio of information technology services and products including: customized software development and implementation, IT consulting, training, hardware manufacturing, installation, and maintenance, said the two companies.

Al-Dhaheri, chairman of AlRowad IT Solutions board and Jassem Mohamed Al Zaabi, chairman of Injazat board signed an agreement in the presence of Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al-Nahayan, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
